Maxine Willetts brings significant expertise in fundraising, business development and data analysis. She works within organisations to scale up income generation, secure new funding from Trusts and Foundations, and oversee the development of strategic partnerships.

Maxine has held senior management positions across a range of non-profit sectors, including Education, Health, Employment & Training, and Youth Services. She is currently working at Young Brent Foundation, where she supports micro and small youth sector organisations to connect more effectively with funders and partners.

Maxine is passionate about strengthening the youth sector in Brent and is always keen to hear from local organisations about their challenges and opportunities.
