Lennina Ofori
Lennina Ofori is a social entrepreneur; a writer/director, producer, consultant, and CEO with 20+ years of expertise working in children’s services and the arts. As the founder of Principal Housing, she has spent the last six years leading her team to support young people—especially care leavers—with the stability and guidance they need to thrive independently.
A skilled ethnographer, Lennina collaborates with major organisations like HS2, BBC Children in Need, and Sainsbury Family Charitable Trust, using storytelling to drive diversity, equality, and systemic change. With an MA from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and a doctorate in progress, she harnesses the arts as a tool for advocacy, challenging societal injustices and inspiring transformation.
