Belén joined Punchdrunk Enrichment in September 2025 as Communications Co-ordinator.

She is a multidisciplinary creative with a background in performance and education. Half-Irish and half-Spanish, Belén holds a BA (Hons) in Drama from Queen’s University Belfast and a Master’s in Acting from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, where she co-founded Tinted Theatre, a feminist theatre company that toured to Edinburgh and Camden Fringes.

Previously, she worked in education as an MFL Subject Lead across primary schools in the UK, specialising in Spanish. 

In her role as Communications Co-ordinator, she manages website content, supports box office operations, creates social media content, and contributes to copywriting and promotional strategy for Punchdrunk Enrichment.

Alongside her current role, Belén continues to work independently as an actress, singer, and songwriter.
