Amy is the Executive Director for Punchdrunk Enrichment. She works closely with Pete to realise the artistic vision of the company. She has financial and operational oversight of the whole team and works with each department to ensure they are running as smoothly and successfully as possible. 

Amy has always sought out roles in her career where her skills and experience can support the creation of high quality theatre, art and community engagement. She has previously worked at Fevered Sleep, The Bush Theatre, Bryony Kimmings Ltd and Complicite. Amy is also on the Board of Trustees for Uncut Theatre.
