From managing funding partnerships and securing grants, to cultivating individual donors and contributing to our long-term strategy, you’ll play a vital role in sustaining and growing our impact.

As Development Manager, you’ll oversee the Development Department and work closely with the Executive Director to support Punchdrunk Enrichment’s education, family and community programmes. This is a hands-on role that calls for strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, ideal for someone who’s passionate about creative, purposeful fundraising and ready to take the lead in a small, ambitious team.
