Unique Community is a performing arts organisation dedicated to nurturing creativity, promoting social inclusion, and creating daring new theatre. We provide a welcoming space for individuals from marginalised backgrounds, often with experiences of migration, trauma, or isolation. 

Our tailored programs focus on each participant’s unique stories and needs, fostering a safe, inclusive environment. Every session is supported by an Arts Therapist/Wellbeing Officer, ensuring that participants feel safe as they explore their creativity. We celebrate individuality and encourage mutual support, empowering our community to address complex issues with empathy and critical thinking. Each year, we collaborate with participants and the wider community to develop a theme that shapes our artistic season. 

Participants explore solutions to difficult situations through the creative process while producing impactful theatre. We are committed to using the arts as a tool for inspiration, connection, empowerment, and change.
