Francesca Cross is a Producer at Punchdrunk Enrichment and works closely with schools, teachers and cultural partners. Francesca manages projects including The Lost Lending Library and teacher-led projects such as A Curious Quest, A Small Tale and The Vanishing Land. 

Previously, Francesca worked as Creative Producer at artsdepot, leading on Barnet’s Cultural Education Partnership to develop relationships between local schools and creative organisations as well as producing and delivering a diverse range of arts projects in school and education settings. Additionally, Francesca was a Creative Facilitator at Blue Elephant Theatre, producing and leading weekly drama sessions at ReACT, a local youth theatre for young people. Francesca is currently a young trustee for Open Clasp Theatre Company. 

Francesca studied English and Drama (BA) and Theatre and Performance (MA), at Queen Mary University of London, spending a year studying abroad at Hunter College, New York. Recently, Francesca completed an Acting course at Rose Bruford College.
