Refunds and exchanges are only available up to 14 days before the masterclass takes place. No refunds or exchanges after this time.  To request a refund or an exchange, email us clearly stating your name, the date of your masterclass and your order number.

You can participate in the masterclasses from the comfort of your own home. Please clear the area of any trip hazards as you may be asked to move around the space.

All online masterclasses are delivered over Zoom. You will be sent a Zoom link and any instructions at least one week before your masterclass.

Masterclasses are open to anyone over the age of 18, regardless of previous experience. Each participant in the masterclass requires their own ticket.

All masterclasses are fully participatory as we require your engagement for the entirety of the session. As a result, we don’t record the masterclasses. 

There will be between 10 – 25 participants in each masterclass.
